Vendor Application - You can print this and fill out by hand OR You can save this application file to your computer, open in Adobe Reader and fill it out, then print and/or save it back to your computer.

Vendors - You MUST fill out an application and pay your reservation fee by July 21 to be a vendor at Old Home Days. Walk-ins will not be allowed in 2018. Remember - if you are planning to sell food, you must have a permit from the Tompkins County Health Department. For more information, go to:

NOTES FROM THE HEALTH DEPT:  Applications for food permits must be submitted at least two weeks in advance of the event.  Applications received later than that will be charged a $15 fee. Food vendors who have permits in other NYS counties still need a temporary permit from the Tompkins County Health Department. The permit fee is $55, but there is no charge to not-for-profit groups.All fees must be paid prior to a permit being issued.
